What services can you offer?
What is a Hub?
The Hub is a GP led evening and weekend service where local GPs, Practice Nurses and other Health Care Professionals offer a range of services for patients registered with a GP practice within the Cambridgeshire area. We have a total of 4 hubs located around the local area.

What are the opening times of the Extended Access Service?
Appointments are available to patients registered at any of the practices covered by Cambs GP Network between 18:00 and 22:00 Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 14:00 Saturdays and Sundays.
Is there free car parking at the GP Hubs?
Yes, there is ample free parking at all of our Hubs.
Are the Hubs accessible by public transport?
Yes, all Hubs are located close to either public bus stops or train stations making them easy to access by foot.
Who can access the Extended Access Service?
Any patient registered at a GP surgery in Cambridgeshire area which is covered by CGPN can access the GP Hub. Please see list below:
How do i get an appointment in the Extended Acccess?
Speak to the receptionist at your registered GP surgery, they will then be able to book you an appointment directly into our service.
How do I cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason please call our main office number on 0330 0130 030 and we will be happy to help either move our appointment to a more appropriate day and time for you or we can cancel the appointment if no longer required.
If I book an appointment in the Hub, will they have access to my full medical record?
At the point of booking the appointment with your surgery, you will be asked whether you agree to share your patient record so that the local clinicians at the GP Hubs are able to access your record and also share relevant information back to your Surgery. This is necessary so that the appropriate notes and referrals can be passed on to your surgery for follow-up actions.
What if I do not consent to sharing my medical record?
You will not be able to be seen by the Extended Access service. You will need to wait for the next available appointment at your registered GP surgery.
